When is the Texas DPS Drone eXpoDecember 9th & 10th is training courses open to public safety and government officials. December 11th is a series of industry presentations. December 12th is Vendor day.

Can I share this event with other public safety, government agencies and UAS technology providers.Absolutely, please share however you think is best.

I am a vendor but don't want a booth or display my product, can I still attend?Unfortunately we have to say no to that request. Attendance is for public safety and government agencies. This is not designed for UAS technology providers to simply come out and network, you must purchase a space.

I registered my company but have other employees coming, do they need to register?No, only the primary contact from your company needs to register. During registration it will ask how many people from you company you have attending.

When can I start setting up my booth?Booth setup begins on Wednesday, December 11th at 8:30am until 5:30pm. Vendors will be permitted entry to the vendor area at 7am on Thursday, December 12th, 1 hr prior to attendees. All spaces must be completely setup by 08:30 am on December 12th.

What is your refund policy?Refunds are available until November 24, 2024 at midnight, after that no refunds will be provided.

I am not a public safety or government employee; can I still attend?The training course, industry sessions, and vendor day are exclusively open to public safety or government employees, including those in the education sector. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

What is Expo Bingo?Join the Fun: BINGO Raffle at the Texas Public Safety Drone Expo! Get ready for a thrilling BINGO raffle hosted by the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) on Thursday, December 12th! Here’s how you can participate: Grab Your BINGO Card: Upon entering the expo, pick up your BINGO card at the registration desk. Visit Vendors: Explore the expo and visit the vendors listed on your card. Collect a stamp for each vendor you visit. Achieve BINGO: Once you have five stamps in a row—vertically, horizontally, or diagonally—head to the lobby and drop your card in the raffle bucket. Drawing Time: The raffle draw will take place at 4:00 PM on Thursday. You must be present to win, so make sure to stick around! Vendor Requirements: Please note that some vendors may require you to attend their demo or presentation to receive a stamp. Important: The BINGO raffle is open exclusively to attendees. Vendor staff and DPS employees are not eligible to participate.
