Herbert D Oubre

Officer Herbert Oubre brings over 16 years of dedicated service with the Pearland Police Department, where he currently serves as the Lead UAS Pilot of the Pearland PD UAS Team. Since 2018, he has piloted unmanned aerial systems (UAS) for various operations including tactical, mapping, searches, major incidents, DFR, and catastrophic events, accumulating over 200 flights. Officer Oubre is also a certified UAS instructor, sharing his expertise in aerial operations and investigative techniques.
