Vendor Information

Texas DPS Drone Expo Invitation Texas DPS cordially invites you to showcase your UAS-related products, software, and equipment to over 250 public safety and government employees at the 2024 Drone Expo.

Booth Spaces Available:

Indoor & Outdoor Booths: Starting at only $150. Choose your preferred space during registration.
Limited Indoor Spaces: Note that some "indoor" booths are located just outside the main exhibit area but are adjacent and under an awning.

Registration:

Please have a representative from your company register below.
Select the number of attending personnel.
Choose options for a formal presentation or flight demonstration. Time slots are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Booth Setup:

Begins at 8:00 AM on December 11th.
Must be completed by 5:30 PM on December 11th for outdoor booths.
Indoor setups must be finalized by 8:30 AM on December 12th.

LOCATION & TIME

Texas DPS Tactical Training Center (TTC)

810 Co. Road 240, Florence, Texas

Set up will being on December 11th at 8am

December 12th, 2024

Doors will open at 7:00 am, 8:00 am for attendees.

Vendor Day will be from 8am-8pm

FOOD & LODGING

The TTC is located approximately 1 hour north of downtown Austin. The closest city with lodging is Georgetown, TX where you will find many hotel and food options. Food trucks will be onsite at the event for purchasing lunch and beverages.

PARKING & TRANSPORTATION

Once you enter the gate follow the signs for the vendor booth area. Due to limited space please limit the number of vehicles from your company in the general parking area. There will be a secured area for storage of trailers or support vehicles.

VENDOR BOOTHS

Vendors will be permitted to setup booths in the main event area or the outdoor area (see map). The size for indoor booths will be approximately 8’ x 8’, outdoor booths will be the size of a standard parking space. Vendors will be responsible for all outdoor logistical needs including canopy’s, tables, chairs, etc. Each indoor booth space will be provided with 1 table and 2 chairs.

CLASSROOM PRESENTATIONS

Presentation time in our large 100-person classroom will be provided. Vendors will be given a 25-minute presentation time on a first come first serve basis. We will do our best to accommodate all the vendor presentations. A schedule will be generated to let you know what time your presentation will begin. Please arrive no less than 5 minutes prior to your presentation and check in with the DPS staff.

FLIGHT DEMONSTRATIONS

Vendors may choose to conduct a flight demonstration of their product. There will be a flight demonstration area that can be scheduled (see map). The demonstration schedule will be dependent on the number of vendors requesting flight time. Vendors requesting flight demonstrations will be provided at least 25 minutes, please check-in with the Airboss 5 minutes before your presentation time.
